This page says what this site collects, where it goes, and how to get it removed. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site collects

The contact form. If you fill it in, we receive your name, your work email, your company, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else. There are no hidden fields and no enrichment, meaning we do not look you up and attach anything to what you sent.

Server logs. Our host records the standard request log for every page served: IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp. This happens on every website in the world and it is how a server is operated and secured. We do not analyse these logs to build any picture of a visitor.

Why we have it

Because you sent it to us, and because we want to answer you. That is the whole reason.

What you write in the form is read by a person and used to work out whether we are the right firm for what you are describing, and to reply. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not used for marketing, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

If our answer is that we are not the right firm, we will say so, and that is the end of it.

Where it goes

Three companies process this data on our behalf. Each one is a service provider under contract and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.

Attio stores what you send as a record in our CRM, so we can find it again.

Resend sends us the email that tells us your message arrived.

Render hosts this site and runs the endpoint the form posts to.

Attio, Resend and Render all operate in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your message will be stored there.

How long we keep it

If a conversation turns into work, we keep your details for as long as we are engaged and for seven years afterwards, because that is how long the records behind an engagement need to exist.

If it does not turn into work, we keep it for two years, in case you come back or we do.

Server logs roll off on our host’s normal schedule.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop processing it. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.

Use the form below. It sends one email to the person who can action it, and does nothing else. It does not add you to anything, and it does not create a record.

We will answer within thirty days and usually much sooner. There is no charge.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but that is your call.

What you want

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies.

There is no analytics cookie, because this site has no analytics. There is no advertising cookie, because we do not advertise. There is no session cookie, because there is nothing on this site to log into.

That is also why there is no cookie banner. A banner asking you to consent to cookies we do not set would be theatre, and we would rather tell you the truth in a sentence.

One thing worth naming, because “no cookies” should mean it.

If you click through to book a call, you leave this site for our scheduling provider, and if you follow a link to LinkedIn you leave for LinkedIn. Those are their sites and their policies apply once you are on them.

If this ever changes, this page changes with it, and we will say so here rather than quietly adding a banner.

Children

This site is for people running companies. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the bottom. We will not make a change and backdate it.

Effective August 1, 2026. The Gundo Group, El Segundo, California.
