The Gundo Group can take
any seat in the C‑suite.

Operations. Revenue. Marketing. Creative. Strategy. Technology. People. Finance. Most firms do one of those. We have run all of them at the executive level, and we still build.

That's what the Office of the C‑Suite means here. Not a title on a retainer. Whichever seat the company actually needs filled, filled by somebody who has held it.

HOW WE WORK

01

Everyone has a list. Almost nobody has the order.

Every company we walk into has a shelf, and on the shelf is a strategy deck that cost six figures. It's not wrong. It's just been sitting there for two years.

A list of everything that should change is not a plan. The plan is the order. Which system is authoritative, what gets replaced first, what can't move until something else moves, and whose name is on it when it lands. That is the hard part, and it is the part that never fits in a recommendation.

02

We build the plan we wrote.

We design the architecture to the way your business actually runs, and we are direct about what we find, including the parts that cost us the work.

Then we build it ourselves. Nothing gets translated, nothing gets handed to a team that wasn't in the room, and nothing gets discovered in month four that should have been decided in month one. A system either reconciles on Monday morning or it doesn't, and the people who answer for that are the people who drew it.

03

It's finished when it runs without us.

Documented, owned by name, and running with the people who were trained on it during launch. That doesn't mean nobody's watching it. It means the watching is somebody's defined job, not a fire drill, and the people doing it work for you.

We stay on and operate it for most clients, and that's a real service with a real fee. But it's a choice, not something we designed you into.

Work delivered through agency and in-house roles across the career. Not a claim of Gundo Group engagement.

Most consultants talk about AI. We build it.

Aukai is an AI marketing platform Lindsey co-founded and runs as Chief Creative Officer. It puts 53 models behind a single engagement, personalized to each brand through a dedicated brand vault, with people keeping judgment at the helm of every output. It is live, it serves mid-market brands, and it runs on architecture we helped design and build.

Two decades of operations taught us what most AI projects get wrong. Tools don't fix broken operations. Standardize first, then automate. AI is downstream of operational readiness, and the companies that get value out of it are the ones whose processes were worth automating in the first place.

When AI shows up in your company, it arrives as working software wired into processes that were fixed first. Not a roadmap. A system.

Aukai is ours, so we'll say it plainly. We build on whatever stack you already own. Aukai gets recommended when it genuinely fits and never required, and most of the time your own stack is the right answer.

Start with Define.

Two to four weeks, fixed fee. You end up with a map of what you actually have and a plan for what replaces it, priced. If you stop there, you own both. Take the plan to somebody else to build and it still works.
